Our Childbirth Education Class will give you valuable information, open up avenues of support, and help to create confidence in your body’s abilities. Our goal for these classes is to not only educate but also create a community of birthing families and birth professionals.
Classes are taught in Poulsbo on Sundays from 9-4. Snacks, beverages and a light continental breakfast will be provided.
Cost of series is $300.00 and we ask for a $100.00 deposit to hold your spot.
We have a special offered to Salmonberry clients that take our series and hire us as their doula.

Self help measures to relieve many of the physical discomforts associated with pregnancy and postpartum

How to address the changing needs of becoming a family
How to honor the difficulties and celebrate the joys of pregnancy labor and beyond
We have lots of cloth diapers, slings, rebozozs and baby back packs to explore.
